We are looking for individuals who:
- Believe all people should be treated with dignity and respect.
- Have minimum 1 year relevant post secondary university or college education.
- Have had a meaningful experience with individuals with disabilities.
- Have the desire to build relationships and to support the personal needs, interests and goals individuals who have intellectual disabilities.
- Have empathy and compassion
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Have the flexibility work evenings, weekends, some overnights and holidays.
- Will complete the 7 Core-Competency training requirements that are mandated by the Provincial Government.
- Have strong communication and organizational skills.
