The individuals we work for and support are each uniquely different and have their own desires, dreams and goals. Here at Gateway we work with the homeowners and family to identify and achieve those dreams.
We currently have six homes where we provide daily support for the individuals we work for
Relatives and Advocates of the individuals/shareholders we support. They elect the Gateway Board of Directors
Hires and supervises the Administrative Team and House Supervisors

Administrative Assistant
Human Resources Coordinator
Human Resources Trainer & Recruiter
Six Supervisors who each supervise an individual home and who also work “Active Shifts” in the home alongside the staff team members
